Shipping Policy

Shipping

We ship to all countries. The shiping time is an estimated shipping time(6-12 working days), not a guaranteed time. Because every country's customs policy is different. You can see every country valid shipping methods and caluclate shipping fee on shopping cart page, shipping fee depends on your country and item(s) weight.
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic and the impact of some unstable events, shipping time of saver shipping method will be longer than normal period.

1.APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) can be delivered by USPS, but the express shipping method will be slower than other shipping address. For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section.Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.

2.Shipping Time

The shipping time is an estimated time. Why is it an estimated time?
Because there are many reasons which can't be controlled, now we list two main reasons which may happen:


1. It is delayed by the weather.
2. It is delayed by the Customs and waiting to clear the Customs.

The shipping time doesn't start from the date which you placed order , because there is a processing time to every order.

3.Processing Time

Most orders processing time will be 1-3 working days, but it may be longer due to Special processing time of product / Payment risk check / Shipping address verification etc.
What will it affect the processing time?


1. Different product: Custom-made item processing time(3-8 days) will be longer than clothing, because it will spend more time to produce.
2. Pre-sale product: it is pre-sale, will be in stock later, so it will spend some time to wait it.
3. Order Info: Billing address or shipping address can't be matched by our system, our audit department may send a verify email to you, only get your reply, your order will be processed.
4. Holiday: Express company's holiday, our country's holiday.

4. Customs Duty

Do you charge customs duty on any countries?
The buyer could be required by law to pay customs duty for orders shipped to you. The appropriate charges could be required when the customer receives the parcel. Although we're always trying to minimize the amount of customs duty, it still highly depends on receiver's government customs policy.

A number of shipping partners update tracking information when a package is received at each stage of the delivery path.

Generally, the package is still on the way, just waiting to be scanned at the next sorting facility.
